  Ancient Calm
During stressful times, people are more and more looking at ways to practice self-care and turning to yoga and meditation to calm frazzled nerves. Acupuncture is a key element
of traditional Chinese medicine that can help with a variety of woes, from back pain to arthritis to anti-aging through facial acupuncture. Increasingly, it is being used for overall wellness, including stress management.
