Public Art Fund has brought the masses art from the likes of Jeppe Hein (on permanent
display at LaGuardia Airport, Terminal B), artistic duo Elmgreen & Dragset, Kehinde Wiley’s work on display at New York’s Moynihan Train Hall, and Venice Biennale contemporary artist Rafael Lozano-Hemmer at Planet Word in Washington, D.C.
