It’s hard to believe that Zendaya is already a showbiz veteran at the tender age of 25. After making her start a decade ago, and growing up in front of our eyes as part of the Disney stable of child stars, the precocious and bold young woman she has become is a force to be reckoned with.
Actor, singer, dancer, producer and model (Zendaya is the face of Lancôme, Bulgari and Valentino), she’s already racked up an impressive list of accolades, including a Primetime Emmy Award, a Satellite Award, and a Saturn Award.
Slipping out of the young adult world and into womanhood has been a seamless transition for the star many describe as an old soul.
In 2021 she starred in Malcolm & Marie, her second Spider-man film and the first installment of director Denis Villeneuve’s Dune, not to mention her breathtaking performance of a young addict, Rue, on the popular series Euphoria.
The ambitious young star sees directing in her future, but meanwhile, she’s got exciting projects on the horizon, including A White Lie, which she stars in as well as produces, and the crime thriller Finest Kind, which also stars Jake Gyllenhaal and
Ansel Elgort.
It is clear that for a woman of Zendaya’s talent and drive, not even the sky’s the limit as we watch her claim her place
in the Hollywood firmament.
