Founded in 1997 by the living namesake Chris Snell, the brokerage soon became a staple business in the Los Cabos community. Then, in 2012, Vanessa Fukunaga acquired the brokerage and shortly after, the first Engel & Völkers in Mexico was incorporated into the brand.
