     The Coral Room
The stylish grand salon bar, adjacent to The Bloomsbury Hotel’s ever charming Dalloway Terrace, reflects a chic country house vibe transported to the city, with a secluded cigar terrace and sophisticated cocktail list and fashionably elegant decor. The perfect setting during the day for guests wishing to meet for coffee, a light bite, or afternoon tea transforms itself into a lively bar with live music in the evening.
The much awarded restaurant serves French cuisine guided by Chef Julien Royer’s lifelong respect for seasonality, terroir and artisanal producers sourced from global producers. While Royer’s approach is underpinned by the principles of French cuisine, his years in Asia have infused his approach with a sense of place. After two years in the top spot in the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list, Odette took the No.2 position in 2021, while retaining the title of The Best Restaurant in Singapore.
