Fuji Grill
Dressed in soft shades of green and immaculately designed by Nicola Harding and Sir Frank Lowe, the Fuji Grill at Beaverbrook Townhouse showcases an impressive collection of 19th-century woodblock prints depicting the world celebrated Thirty-Six Views of Mount Fuji. Guests enjoy an elegant menu of flawless sushi, sashimi and nigiri, alongside signature dishes such as Charcoal Wagyu with Juniper Miso and a selection of seasonal Japanese gourmet specialities.

The Jane
The Nick Bril venture opened in 2014 on the ground floor of a repurposed military hospital chapel in Antwerp, Belgium. The dining room is illuminated by a spectacular starburst chandelier and all the tables face the open kitchen. The menu is sophisticated and displays highly skilled cooking. Some of the highlights include the Norwegian scallop, canard de challans, Jerusalem artichoke, corn and arabica.
