The stylish restaurant is located on the roof of Gucci's Beverly Hills store and is led by Michelin-star Chef Massimo Bottura, chef patron of Osteria Francescana. The menu, rooted in Italy, references Southern California cuisine. Dishes include Pasta Fagioli With a View of the Pacific Coast, layered with beans, sea urchin and raw veggies; Coming From the Hills pairs West Coast white trout with hazelnuts and mushrooms.
