ctober 5, 2018 marks Grupo HABITA’s eighteenth
anniversary. On that day in the year 2000, they
opened Hotel HABITA Polanco, the first lifestyle
O hotel of its kind in Mexico and Latin America.

Grupo HABITA, a boutique hotel developer and operator,
incorporates, to date, fourteen hotels and has a presence in
nine destinations in North America. It is currently the only
hotel company in Mexico with 100 per cent national capital that
successfully operates two hotels north of Mexico’s border: Hôtel
Americano in Chelsea, New York, and The Robey in Chicago,
Illinois.
