                                                                      palate. Her long-standing signature dessert is cornhusk meringue,
                                         Daniela Soto-Innes, Enrique Olvera  inspired by a childhood memory. Her intriguing combinations
                                                                      include fluke tostadas, sweetcorn tlayudas, duck carnitas, crab
                                                                      infladita, and other delights.

                                                                      Cosme’s  2019  best  female  chef  in  the  world,  and  mentor  and
                                                                      partner Chef Olvera, opened Soho’s Alta in 2017 and are
                                                                      continuing their culinary journey in Los Angeles, with Ditroit,
                                                                      a vegetarian taqueria, and Damian, described as Japanese-
                                                                      influenced Mexican cuisine.
