Cabos, Mexico, pioneering an entrepreneurial
pilgrimage of energetic local businessmen
from Mazatlan to the Southern Baja.
Coppel is accredited with transforming Los
Cabos into a first class vacation and resort
destination. A community oriented politician
and entrepreneur he offers socially beneficial
solutions to impediments to his business vision
such as financing the four million dollar cost of
paving the road from downtown Los Cabos to
begin construction of his Sunset Beach Resort.
His current activities include the 1,850 acre
Quivira Los Cabos master-planned community
with the 18-hole ocean-view Signature Jack
Nicklaus Golf course and Copala, the fast-
selling small residence community with golf
course and ocean views listed from $200,000
to $950,000. His Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach
and Novaispania developments continue to
expand as well.
The indefatigable ‘Neto’ Coppel and his team
are currently working on a wide range of
projects launching new real estate ventures
while creating socio-cultural icons for the
benefit of the communities such as his Plaza
Machado Museum and proposed inner city
park.
