Mexico has IT!
We see more and more heavy hitters continuing to invest in this
upwardly mobile country as PepsiCo announces a $5 billion
investment in Mexico over the next five years, estimating 4,000
new jobs will be created. Nestle S.A. also comes onto the scene
to spend $1 billion, and the list goes on.
Then, there is Los Cabos. A privileged group of us already
knows, and has experienced just how special this area is, but
now it seems as though the secret is getting out. Just look at
this issue’s cover story, The Interview with Tiger Woods where
we learn about his newly designed Los Cabos world-class golf
course.
The beauty of Los Cabos also extends beyond the superficial
and I have seen that first-hand. I have met some very generous
people in many places, but what sets Los Cabos apart is a
concentrated group who on a continual basis selflessly support
the local community. Their gifts of time, money and fundraising
efforts are unparalleled. These community acts of kindness are
evident not only during traditional holiday time but throughout
the entire year.
Now that’s what I call “taking IT to the next level.”
