their talents to make
their client’s dreams

In 2006 while still in Los Cabos, aware of the vast opportunities
the area offered, Joaquin invited Jorge to join him and
Cabo Development, a company that specializes in high-end
architectural and construction services was then created.
Joaquin and Jorge have a combined experience of over thirty
years in design, construction, and project management.
Cabo Development’s projects range from lavish beach villas at
exclusive resorts to luxury homes at Los Cabos’ most prestigious
ocean front residential communities including Punta Ballena,
Cabo del Sol, Puerto Los Cabos, Casa del Mar and the celebrity
favorite, El Dorado Golf and Beach Club. Their portfolio also
includes commercial projects such as shopping centers and
restaurants. The partners’ unparalleled attention to detail allows
them to deliver projects of an exceptional level of craftsmanship
that forge everlasting relationships with their clients.
Current projects include the building of lavish ocean front villas
at Las Ventanas Al Paraíso, where years ago Joaquín oversaw the
remodeling of the resort’s world-class Spa. The construction of
the villas has been a formidable challenge for Cabo Development
as construction is taking place under a tight schedule while the
hotel operates at 100% capacity. Upon completions, one of these
villas will be ranked amongst the ten most expensive hotel suites
in the world. Completion is scheduled for February of 2014.
Their achievements to date speak for themselves and exceed
their own expectations yet their journey has just begun.
