P hilanthropist extraordinaire,
Alejandra Alemán, through her
Niños en Alegría Foundation
in Mexico City will host a
gala event February 16, 2017 underwritten
by Vanity Fair. The evening’s entertainment
will be Alegría Pasión, y Bulerías, a Flamenco
extravaganza which includes the musical
performance of Pitingo at the Ex Convento de
San Hipólito. The black tie with an ‘Andaluz
twist’ event is a must-attend. Production of
the event is by party planner extraordinaire,
“Pato” Taladrid. Funds will help dignify
schools in Acapulco and throughout the state
of Guerrero. Niños en Alegría has 13 years of
experience and has helped more than three
thousand children in 16 local schools in
partnership with the Ministry of Education.

A Another very committed woman is Paola Berger from Make-
A-Wish fame, the extraordinary philanthropist of the winter
holiday season. One of her must-attend events is her Christmas
Tree Auction. Berger will host many events this first quarter as
will Duerme Tranquilo and reigning #LadiesWhoLunch and savvy fund-raisers
Silvia Rojo, Celia Daniel and Rosaura Henkel. This exquisite and gorgeous board
of trustees have many surprises under wraps – but soon to be forthcoming. News
we anxiously await!
