Countdown to SIAR 2017
The 2017 Salón Internacional Alta Relojería Mexico (SIAR) will hold its 11th edition from October 17-19 at the St. Regis Mexico City. Both amateurs and professionals will explore the pulse of the latest trends and product launches of the most relevant brands on today’s luxury watch market.
Presented in the bustling and dynamic destination of Mexico City, the event will bring together more than 30 brands from the Swiss watchmaking industry: Arnold & Son, Audemars Piguet, Baume & Mercier, Bomberg, Bovet, Bulgari, Chanel, Chopard, Cvstos, Ferdinand Berthoud, Fiona Krüger, Franck Muller, Girard Perregaux, Greubel Forsey, Hublot, HYT, Jacob & Co, Louis Moinet, Manufacture Royale, MB & F, MCT, Montblanc, Pierre DeRoche, Rebellion, Richard Mille, Roger Dubuis, Romain Jerome, TAG Heuer, Urban Jurgensen, Urwerk, and Wolf and Zenith.
Additionally, for the first time in Latin America, professionals and collectors will have the opportunity to attend the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Gèneve Exhibition. This traveling exhibition gathers together 72 luxury watch pieces recognized as the best watches of the year in 12 different categories. Awarded annually since 2001, the upcoming Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève will be presented next month in November.
Formula 1 Mexican Grand Prix will also have their engines running at SIAR. A special booth will provide exclusive and personalized VIP attention to SIAR’S by invitation only guests in anticipation of the great race from October 27-29 at Autodromo Hermanos Rodríguez.
Last year, SIAR celebrated a decade and was attended by 39 firms, 2,579 guests, 14 CEO’s and 400 international and national mass media representatives. The countdown is soon to begin as SIAR 2017 is set to revive time for generations to come with the ultimate in luxury watches.
