The young and acclaimed American chef opened his restaurant, Gem, at the age of 19 after starting a supper club, Eureka, from his family’s home in Los Angeles at age 11. Nicknamed the “Justin Bieber of food,” his early career included staging at top restaurants like Eleven Madison Park and working on a White House-related dinner event. After Gem closed, he opened a new vegetarian restaurant, Cove, in New York City in late 2025.
Born in Malibu, California, Flynn McGarry is a young and acclaimed American chef. He gained significant media attention early on, with profiles in The New York Times, and was named one of Time’s “most influential teens.”
