Following in the footsteps of last year’s successful event, the stunning Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains is once again hosting an extravagant Winter Wonderland Gala Dinner fronted by one of Australia’s most renowned chefs Colin Fassnidge. The popular celebrity chef will lead guests through an extraordinary culinary journey centered around a four-course feast celebrating the region’s fresh local produce. To compliment the exquisite meal, an exclusive list of regional wines will be featured.
A sneak peek at the menu suggests an abundance of delicious items including: truffle infused quail egg, liquorice braised beef cheek, sencha-smoked duck breast and 4fourteen ice cream sandwich to name a few.
