Aerin Lauder is On The Move
In the three years since she scaled back her role as creative director of the $32 billion empire founded by her grandmother Estée in 1946, Lauder has built her eponymous beauty line, Aerin, into a Palm Beach-meets-Southampton global luxury brand.
It is inspired by her signature style and based on the premise that living beautifully should be effortless. The brand develops curated collections in the worlds of beauty, fashion accessories, and home décor.
With a passion for art, travel, fashion, and design, Aerin’s own lifestyle serves as inspiration for the brand whether it’s profiling prominent tastemakers, a favorite fashion illustrator, or escape-perfect haciendas in Chile.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Annenberg School of Communications, she began her career at Estée Lauder in 1992 and held various executive roles including Senior Vice President and Creative Director. She maintains her role as Style and Image Director for Estée Lauder.
“I believe in the importance of beauty. I also understand the challenge of looking great while balancing work, family, and home. With my own life as inspiration, I created a collection that makes beauty effortless, stylish and easy.”
