                                                                     is a Masterpiece

“We look at the world from another point
of view and we compress all our passion,

the music, art, our past, our experiences,

                                                                               our memories, into edible bites."

                                                                                    – Chef Massimo Bottura

hef Massimo Bottura says his food is “traditional,
but seen from ten miles away.” He has written five
books, been featured on CNN’s Culinary Journeys,
Cand expanded worldwide including his L.A. Gucci
collaborative and Italian eatery in Dubai.

His original Modena restaurant has been included in the top
five of the Worlds’ 50 best restaurants since 2010. The 28-seat
restaurant is akin to a culinary museum where each course is
               a masterpiece.

The experience begins with appetizers such as his famous
Five Ages of Parmigiano Reggiano, an innovation that can
only be tasted to be believed. Main courses include Hunting
the Pigeon and other dishes all rooted in a memory with each
sensual element guiding the culinary journey.

He and his wife, Lara Gilmore, are also creating inroads
combatting the international food waste crisis with the NGO
Food for Soul, whose motto is “A meal is a gesture of inclusion.”
