                 To mark this occasion, award-winning Chef Larbi invited
                 internationally renowned chefs Thomas Keller of French
                 Laundry and Per Se, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, the prolific
                 restaurateur, responsible for a constellation of restaurants
                 worldwide and, Mexico’s most acclaimed chef, Enrique Olvera
                 of Pujol fame. The three-day culinary event featured tasting
                 menus prepared by each guest chef paired with wines from the
                 Baja Guadalupe Valley, Mexico’s prime winemaking region.

                 Perched on a bluff, overlooking the Sea of Cortez, adjacent to
                 the resort's spectacular infinity edge pool, Agua by Larbi is
                 beautiful. The al fresco, palapa-style restaurant overlooking
                 the moonlit sea and San Jose coastline serves Mexiterranean
                 cuisine, a unique hybrid of Mediterranean fare with Mexican
                 influences.
                 Throughout the restaurant, musical entertainment brings a
                 special ambiance of authenticity to the evening.
