Celestial Shoemaker Shapes Sexy T he exuberant Christian
Louboutin, fashioner of
luxurious shoes, legendary for
his towering stilettos with red
soles, continues to wow the world with his
many variations of such classics as ‘Pigalle’
and ‘So Kate’ shoes while branching into
shorter heels, flats and men’s shoes, as well
as hand-bags and makeup. They are fun, sexy
shoe designs that include spikes and other
interventions like bows, feathers, patent
leather, lace and rhinestones.

He opened his first salon in Paris in 1991.
Now his signature red-soled stiletto creations
are worn by celebrities to the most prestigious
and fashionable events worldwide. Stunning,
extremely well-made and well-balanced shoes
invoke sexiness and excessive desire in the
wearer and the viewer, the product which
stems from this man’s discriminating vision.
The designer’s objective? That Louboutin

circumstance, according to his whims and for
the stars that ask him. Whatever his method, his
formula works leaving people begging to be shod
in this master cobbler’s exquisite designs that
