I n Provence, the hills bind the sea to the Alps and the outdoors is a
natural amusement park. Locals and visitors alike can be found in
kayaks in the rivers, hot-air balloons in the skies, and bon vivants in
the vineyards, but the most rewarding hours are spent at the dining
table, spearing rabbit and prunes while gazing at the countryside.
