               M Humboldt Bay. This artisanal masterpiece
               paved the way for soft-ripened goat cheese in America. Each
               handcrafted wheel features a distinctive ribbon of edible
               vegetable ash. Buttermilk and fresh cream are complemented
               with floral notes, herbaceous overtones, and a clean citrus finish.
