L as Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort recently opened
Árbol Restaurant, fine-dining in a magical atmosphere,
complete with hundreds of twinkling lights, live lounge
music from a resident DJ, and one-of-a-kind artworks.
Its Asian-inspired wok and tandoor oven-based menu features locally-
sourced seafood dishes. One of Árbol Chef Anand Singh’s specialties is
his Seychelles-created Octopus Curry. Other offerings include temari
sushi, authentically-prepared Chicken Tikka, Tandoori Lobster, Stir-Fry
Wagyu Beef and Seafood Bami Goreng.
