There is nothing more life-changing than catching your first wave and riding it to the shore or lying down in savasana while totally in tune with your body, breath and mind after a wonderful yoga class. Skilled teachers welcome and accommodate any level of experience with surfing or yoga, with safe expert instruction.
In addition to transformative yoga & surfing experiences, this retreat will give practical advice on mindful eating from a registered nutritionist. Participants will learn how to nourish the body for optimal energy, while engaging in what it means to eat mindfully in today’s fast paced world.
This special retreat will feature daily guided yoga sessions and surfing lessons, that can help increase strength, flexibility, balance, and overall fitness, plus nutritional seminars, nutritionist-led garden tours, and other culinary experiences. After practicing yoga and surfing world-class waves where guests of all skill levels will learn to perfect their form, participants can unwind with a 1-hour massage. Guests will also enjoy delicious meals made from organic, locally-sourced ingredients.
