Renowned Pro Surfers Share Their Skills at One&Only Palmilla
The Los Cabos Open of Surf returns to the world-famous surf spot, Zippers, located at Costa Azul, San José del Cabo, and Baja California Sur, Mexico the week of June 13 – 17, 2018. One&Only Palmilla, the ultra-luxury resort situated on the edge of the stunning Baja Peninsula in Los Cabos Mexico will host pro surfers of this year’s 2018 world-class event. One&Only Palmilla has partnered with TropicSurf for a series of exclusive surfing programmes led by renowned professional surfers. This summer, throughout the month of June, guests will have the unforgettable opportunity to take surf lessons with world famous surfers including Felicity Palamateer, Vahine Fierro, Laura Enever, and Tatiana Weston-Webb.
The Art of Luxury Surfing
The ‘Art of Luxury Surfing’ programme welcomes guests of all surfing abilities, from novice riders seeking first-time lessons to advanced surfers looking to perfect their style. Guests of the One&Only Palmilla will have the opportunity to meet, hang out, and hit the waves with the professionals. This one-of-a-kind surfing experience takes place at one of the most beautiful and popular surfing destinations in the world. Set amongst the stunning natural geography of the Baja Peninsula alongside the Sea of Cortez, One&Only Palmilla affords extraordinary views of the Los Cabos landscape and beachfront access to one of the few swimmable beaches in the entire region.

Guests of the One&Only Palmilla are welcome to book private and small group lessons for novice and more advanced surfers. Surf lessons begin at $150 per hour. Pro surfers Felicity Palamateer & Vahine Fierro will be available from June 9th to the 11th, world champion surfer, Laura Enever from Sydney, Australia, will join the roster June 12th and host surfing lessons for resort guests, and up-and-coming Brazilian-born surfer from Kauai, Hawaii, Tatiana Weston-Webb will be available from June 18th to the 20th to surf with guests and enjoy a reception on the beach.
