Love, Art and Tequila

By Rafael Micha

Philanthropist and proud “pink lady” Celia Daniel is the force behind the We Love Foundation’s Mission Brain project, which provides neurosurgical expertise and resources to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers across the globe. A recent auction benefit in Miami featured 100 items that sold well above their estimates. Lucky donors bid on contemporary art by Gabriel de la Mora, Eduardo Terrazas and others as well as luxury goods from Bottega Veneta and Louis Vuitton. Miami’s success was followed up by a Mexico City petit comité dinner party featuring a menu designed by Luis Solano at Maison Celeste with chairperson Alejandra Murguía.
