C ómplice is an artisanal mezcal made in Oaxaca, Mexico.
It is traditionally crafted using the Espadín agave plant
which is roasted in a natural stone oven, grounded using
a ‘tahona’ pulled by a donkey, fermented in oak wood
barrels, and double distilled in copper stills under the watchful eye of
mezcal master, Ignacio Martínez.
Cómplice de Aventura is a young mezcal, excellent for blending, and
de Cómplice Amor is a reposado, fermented for six months offering a
softer, more delicate taste.
Café
Sabarsky
T he traditional Viennese café serves fine Austro-
German cuisine. It bears the name of Neue
Galerie co-founder Serge Sabarsky and draws
its inspiration from the great Viennese cafés that
served as centers of intellectual and artistic life at the turn of the
century.
It is outfitted with period objects, including lighting fixtures
by Josef Hoffmann, furniture by Adolf Loos, and banquettes
upholstered with a 1912 Otto Wagner fabric. A Bösendorfer
grand piano graces a corner of the café.
